Complaints Resolution
Lifespan Financial Planning is a Principal Member of the Financial Planning Association and abides by their Code of Ethics and Rules of Professional Conduct.
If you have a complaint about the service provided to you, you should take the following action:

Contact us and tell us about your complaint.

If you complaint is not satisfactorily resolved within 3 business days, please contact the Compliance Manager at Lifespan Financial Planning by writing to PO Box R686, Royal Exchange, Sydney NSW 1225 who will thoroughly investigate your complaint and endeavour to finalise the matter promptly and fairly.

If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may complain to the Financial Industry Complaints Service (FICS) by writing to PO Box 579, Collins Street West, Melbourne VIC 8007 or phoning toll free number 1300 780 808. Lifespan is a member of this dispute resolution service.
You may also contact the Australian Securities & Investments Commission (ASIC) on 1300 300 630 to make a complaint and obtain information regarding your rights.
